楊秀祝
楊秀祝，男，漢族，1962年生，畢業於中央黨校研究生院。曽先後任職中國公安部、中國民政部（局級) 。現任中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長、油畫院督察總監。
Yang Xiuzhu, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1962, graduated from the Graduate School of the Central Party School. He has successively served in the Chinese Ministry of Public Security and the Chinese Ministry of Civil Affairs (at the bureau level). The current Vice President of China Xu Beihong Painting Academy and Inspector General of Oil Painting Academy.
