王正根,1966年生,四川南部人, 新疆武警部队副团职干亊,北京燕京理工学院美术学院客座教授。油画《寸土寸心》获公安部美展金,油画《风景这边独好》获“走进伊犁——最美还是我们新疆”油画作品展银奖，《和煦阳光》获“走进塔城——最美还是我们新疆”油画作品展银奖，《斜阳正浓》参加首届“朝圣敦煌”全国美术作品展,《和风》参加中国、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦国际油画艺术展，《和煦时光》入选第十三届全国美术作品展油画作品展。

   Wang Zhenggen, born in 1966, is from southern Sichuan. He is a deputy regimental officer of the Xinjiang Armed Police Force, a visiting professor at the Academy of Fine Arts of Yanjing Institute of Technology in Beijing, and an assistant dean of the Oil Painting Academy of Xu Beihong Painting Academy in China.
