陳士斌,男,1957年生,安徽亳州人。1982年畢業於阜陽師範學院藝術系，獲文學學士學位，1991年結業於中央美術學院油畫系研修班，中國人民大學藝術學院油畫研究班。現任東北師範大學碩士研究生導師。大連設計學院院長,教援,中國徐悲鴻畫院油畫院副院長。

   Chen Shibin, male, born in 1957, from Bozhou, Anhui. In 1982, he graduated from the art department of Fuyang Normal University with a bachelor's degree in literature. In 1991, he graduated from the oil painting research class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the oil painting research class of the Art School of Renmin University of China. Current master's supervisor at Northeast Normal University. Dean of Dalian Design Institute, teaching aid, Vice Dean of Oil Painting Institute of China Xu Beihong Painting Academy.
