王凤国,1962年生,河北省临漳县人,中国美术家协会会员,就职于河北省国家税务局，河北省美术家协会理事,河北邯郸学院教授。自幼酷爱美术，勤耕不辍。油画作品多次在国家和省市美术大展中获奖。現任中國徐悲鴻畫院油畫院副院長。
